just from looking at the tires you can tell that car will not do 260. find proof that it broke 260 mph as claimed in that dumb video. My 95 civic hatch had a cleaner interior then that thing. The dash board looks like something from Pimp my Ride

Not sure WTF your title is saying but I should point something out. The Veyron SS is the fastest production car in the world. This car is not a production car, it's a 1-off.

Weight has little to do with top speed. It's all about drag and horsepower. Show me the coefficient of drag of this car (assuming it was designed in a wind tunnel, which I highly doubt for 1995 and a 1 off car) and a plot of its power output and we might have a discussion.
