they're dime a dozen on the road. nothing changed since 2006 except for 2011 they redesigned the front headlight units to integrate in the LED DRL, which are very nice looking.

 

I've also been looking at the IS. I just haven't figured out if I really want to spend
the extra $ on the IS350AWD. The IS250AWD does better on the mpg but I really want some more power too.

Well usually people post up pictures when they buy new cars. I know what they look like.

 

my buddy has an ISC 350 very nice cars interior wise and exterior wise for both the isc and the regular is, but lets face it it not to be an *** of things, you mostly see soccer moms driving them and of course the opposite of a straight man.. if you get my picture. but none the less congrats on the purchase

 

yeah interestingly the a3 and a4 interior seemed nicer then the a6... i think the a6 interior had an american car feel, strange.

 

my wife drives an IS250awd. in fact, her 3-year lease is coming to an end soon.

typically averages 22mpg in the city, 26 combined, and 30mpg pure cruising (she has a long commute and loves the mpg)

plenty of power even when we load it up to go out of town!

we considered every competitor at the time, and what got us to go with Lexus, was their "approach" to entry-level luxury, which is, make all the basic amenities standard, NOT optional.
soft materials, real leather, heated seats, sunroof... all basic things these days. bmw and benz make them optional!

and best of all, lexus runs great promotions! $42k sticker (every option plus a body kit available in 2008), and we bought it (purchase price for the lease) for $36k!

 

Ill be getting an IS series as well, when they redesign it. Should be late model 2012

 

Fun and speed factor cruising and luxury. but i dont know if i would have traded a MR touring for a Lexus IS250..... maybe a GS series not an 250. TEHO
