I actually really like the new Optima, saw one in person and it's sick looking! Changed my perspective on the whole brand

I can't believe how much they've improved. I haven't been keeping up on auto news, so this is the first time I've heard about the 4b11t in one. Pretty sweet.

Nice looking car. Looks more like an e60 m5 wannabe to me.

Also good to know that if you got into a pinch that you could dunk over it

Wow thats crazy...276 on 87 octane, 4WD, 9.5 CR and 3385lbs....I want that as my daily. Slap some 93 octane and a tune and good things might happen.

wow, 34 mpg and 276 hp on 87 oct. it's no wonder they wanna make the next evo hybrid. every manufacturers 300 hp vehicle is pushing upwards of 25 mpg, at least.

well the new optima has the same motor and chassis as the hyundai genesis and sonatas.... are they built like an evo? the turbo model has a standard slushbox. also it is NOT AWD. it also has a slightly more sportier ride then a sonata, which means its still meant for quiet/compliant ride(so not made to handle)...

so no it its not a "kia evolution" and never will be.
