i know someone in NYC, who buys exotic cars for ppl who race at the Moscow unl events.
i actually spoke to him recently, he is currently buying a 1000hp Heffner twin T gallardo, to ship over there... crazy place, crazy people. money no object, no laws....

btw, an Evo holds the records there -- 25sec in the standing mile. how about that
