Which US built car would you reccomend?
Yes, the challenger is offered in a stick. But the GVWR is almost as heavy as my HEMI Ram. Plus handling is sluggish and a number of other things that I personally don't like about it.
[quote=FJF;9634996]<grin> Wait, you drive a Lancer and your second biggest objection to a street-legal racecar 40 years in the making is its track key? GMAFB!
Well it's not the biggest objection lol. Main reason is it's just a bit out of my price range. I understand you get what you pay for and I think the car is AMAZING personally, but if I decided to get one I could settle with a base model but would prefer to get the Laguna Seca package which adds like 7-8k on the sticker. And when I bought my Lancer I knew nothing about Evo's or Mitsu in general so I thought I was getting an AMAZING car lol. You can chock that one up to lack of research and no knowledge. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

whens the next dyno day?
Well thank you all for your input but the wifey pretty much squashed my hopes and dreams last night. She say's she won't be po'd at me if I wait until our credit card debt is paid off. Sad part, well probably going to take about a year. Good part, it'll give me a reason to work harder and when she asks why we're broke I won't have wasted the money LOL
