I haven't been excited about a new american car since the '94 revamp of the mustang. I'll wait at least a year before I jump on the bandwagon and buy one just so I can see what Shelby's gonna do. If we get another GT500, I'd rather wait for that than get a normal GT.

And for those who don't want a solid rear axle on their near 50/50 mustang, an independent rear suspension is designed to fit in as well as the live axle. so go find a person you don't like who has a cobra r and drop an I beam on the front half and take his rear suspension when he totals the car

 

I saw the 05 Mustang at the New York Auto show. I couldn't get anywhere near it. The car is simply gorgeous! So is the new GT40.

the front looks sweet but it looks as if it is a base model.
there needs to be more.
lowered ? maybe the rear end adn c pillers are not looking good.
but then agian the front looks very good.
I guess it needs maybe 17" a few inch drop all around and some thing else.....

 

thank god they redid the interior. the interior on 03 and down that i have seen looked like crap. but i dont know if i like that much chrome dash pieces

 

do they have new hp and torque numbers?
