This is my other car that I'm building, an '89 Mustang Notch. I picked it up this past fall as a roller. Body was in awesome shape, the guy I bought it off of had put a lot of effort into it and already had some nice parts on it. Fortunately for me, him and his wife found out they were expecting and I stumbled into a helluva good deal!

Picked it up like this: Wilwoods all the way around, ProStar wheels, flaming river manual rack, QA1 k-member, coilovers, and caster camber plates. Cervini's hood and trunk lid, Kirkey seat, already had a 10pt cage, and lots of other goodies came with.








This is the start of what is going in it: 408, svo block, TFS r-series heads, TFS r-series intake. Having a c4 built next month to put behind it. And I plan on running the bottle on it when I want to have some fun





It hit the paint booth last weekend. I went with World Rally Blue. Still need to paint fenders, hood, trunk, etc. And we started piecing the interior back in this weekend.








Fingers crossed that all goes as planned, it should be at the track around March/April. I am crazy excited about this car, and can't wait to get it down the track. Hoping to see some low 10's out of it on motor.

 

I do have a little soft spot for a wingless coupe lol. Looks good so far!

Yes a 408 is a 351bored and stroked. Sweet notch bro. I have an 85 4eye hatch. When i'm done with the Evo i'll show it some love. I have always been aa Mustang fan. It's so easy to make them quick.
