Audi R8

A friend of mine visited me this year to let me check out his new vehicle, an Audi R8. Not really a fan of the Audi R8 because it looks just a regular 2 door audi. I was wrong and deservingly so when I saw it in real life! Awesome would be an understatement to describe this car. It has a manual shifter and looks like the one from the old lamborghini which is a gated one. AWD, rides very low and with a nice sounding exhaust I drove it and after that I am a fan!

Nice choice of wheels. I sit in traffic with one every morning, they sound awesome.

Very nice car, but if I had that kind of money to spend on a car, I wouldn't pick that one.

I was eyeing a 991(new) 4S but after driving this car, unless I would need the two back seats for my kids, I'll pick this one. I'm a convert.

The R8 is a great all around car. It probably does not get the praise it deserves because it is more subdued compared to its competitors. Very nice rim setup.

the R8 looks a tad similar in shape to an audi TT, but you can definetly tell them part. those cars are sexy looking. but i do hear they dont make that much power. basically another NSX all show looking, lacking in the Go department somewhat

They made a v10 to take care of that.

Personally I love the look of the r8, and I think I could be happy with the power levels it offers

While an R8 in pictures might look a bit too similar to a TT, in person it's very obviously a different car. Wider, lower, and much more beautiful.

I'm just disappointed that they didn't make it with that diesel engine that was similar to the one that won LeMans.

They said they would make such a version soon after the first Audi R8 came out, but it never happened.

The V8 is OK, the newer V10 powerplant is significantly nicer.

Might as well as step up and get say an 04-06 Gallardo for the price of R8 V10
