most people that want them got the initial D fever...but the AE86 is a pretty cool ride...although i think they r ugly...but wouldn't mind driving or workin on one just to see wat that car is like in real life

I think that's an AE92 (FWD) you're talking about...it's a 1988 model.

Anyhow, like I said before...if you're looking for some cheap Japanese RWD fun, few cars can touch the AE86 or 240SX and Miata. They would make wonderful project car. If I can find a cheap/good quality, why not?

Will I go drifting like everyone else? Maybe, but will I track this thing? Absolutely

i believe the 1st gen MR2's ran 4A-GE engines just like the old Truenos.

that price is for an S13 conversion. To find an S15 converison for that price would be highly odd and a damned good deal.

Plus, I prefer the look of the S13 Silvia face over the S15 on the S13 chassis

the AE86 is the shiznit, if you watch best motoring DVDs, it'll smoke quite a few cars. and like i said before you can get a race spec engine in there that redlines at 11,000 rpm or some shiznit, beat the crap out of any vtec any day.

the All-Trac Celica's are AWD, and has the turbo engine that the MR2's had.

actually it was produced in america but only a limited number in the 90's the older body style i think the year was between 92-94 they brought over 300 units or so, and then later the GT-4 was in production in Cananda and occasionally you'll see one or two riding around in the United States.
