3K is right though, either JUN or HKS, or someone along those lines sells an add on VTC head to go on engines like the 4g63, SR20DE(T) and so on. I'll try to dig up the pictures, but from what little I saw (I think it was Super Street) they didn't show any specs.

With a complete head you could do it. Otherwise No way. You'll also have to install some sort of controller box or figure a way to run it off of oil pressure. I mean, if you DESIGN the cams for use with a turbo from the get go it would make a LOT of sense. Otherwise theres not much benefit.

No, these are variable valve timing cams manufactured by HKS. They're called HKS Valcon/VCAMS which are essentially VTEC cams for engines from Mitsubishi and Nissan. Of which the 4G63 is one of the engines. I'm sure that it comes complete with everything to make the switch ie. solenoid actuator, oil pressure sending unit and what not, plus the management system to run it all.
