Evo X => Stage 3 Audi TT
I sold my 08 Evo X because I had equity in it and took a huge financial hit moving across the state for a new job. I wanted another fast car, but something that was not $30k. After looking around for a few months, I found a 2001 Audi TT at a dealership nearby:

What intrigued me about this car was its low mileage, pristine condition, and performance upgrades. Clean Carfax too! It has only 77,000 miles on it which is low for a 2001. The upgrades are remarkable: full APR Stage 3 turbo kit, APR FMIC, APR DV, full Milltek TBE, Bilstein coilvers, etc. These cars come with 225 HP stock, but this car should be in the 350-400 range with the given mods.
I test drove it and it blew me away. It's the Quattro version of the TT, so it's AWD. The car would be useless otherwise lol!! If you turn traction control off, it breaks loose in 2nd and even 3rd gear while rolling.
I've never had a big turbo car like this so it takes some getting used to. The turbo spools at 3.5k, and when it does, mother of God......!!!!!
I've also never had a roadster with no back seat or a convertible. Totally different beast from the Evolution X. The trunk is about the same size as the Evo X though hahahaha.
I do miss the Evo, but with the upgrades on this car, it's considerably faster than my Evo X (was at 350hp crank). I have a 2nd vehicle for practical applications like driving with more than 1 passenger LOL
I got it for KBB value, which is $13,500. The engine mods alone cost $10k+ and the body kit/bumper/grill kit are another $5k. I've put a couple thousand miles on it so far and am having a blast. It'll hold me over until the Evo XI releases!!!!!

Having owned a 2001 lake silver TT, I can say I loved the car from a touring aspect. It rode nice, handled okay, and had what I thought was decent power. I learned how to auto-x in that car, and still to this day I attribute my skills to learning how to make a fat, underpowered pig like my TT go fast on a course. For touring, it's nice and gets 32 mpg. Outside of that, it's way too heavy and front wheel biased. I've always loved the styling though.

Mine was AWD too. I said front wheel biased. TT's at the time were the only audi that had the haldex awd system instead of torsen. The torsen systems were much closer to a 50/50 front/rear split for power. The haldex awd in the TT was much closer to 80/20 front/rear distribution, with a controller that only began adjusting if the front wheels slipped.
