Before/After - Owner sprayed the wheels himself the next day. You can see by him "wanting to save money" how bad they actually came out.

I bet it'd look good on a BBY 8! (The matte clear... not wheels)

lol I'm BBY. I gotta fix some rust where the wing and trunk meet, then we can talk about it. Maybe sometime in the summer/fall. After this FP Green goes in, I won't be spending much on the evo. Looking at a couple houses in Barrington.

Looks great, almost makes me want to do it to my ST... almost

You know they sell Plasti-Dip in bulk cans and you can feed it through a HVLP gun? I imagine it'd make something like this a lot easier.

I buy it in gallons and spray it through the exact gun they use.

I have a few new projects coming up, including; Newer Red WRX sprayed with matte clear, Pearl White WRX sprayed with matte clear, 90's VW Jetta sprayed in matte camo green, and a green Kawasaki 600cc sprayed in matte clear.

Will update this thread with pictures.

What the expected life of plastidip? Looks like you could easily peel an edge washing the car and have to prep and respray the panel.

The matte blue though looks awesome!
