I was wondering why the hood is bowing up *** it passes by. Is is torque, or pressure created from the turbo, or what? Bad *** ride though.

 

i can tell you its not pressure form the turbo., more than likely its the frame twisting cause of the torque.

 

Not a Lancer , hence moving it to Other Cars...

 

i was assuming it was because the hood isn't vented at all. Probably sealed really well, so all the pressure from the air going through the intercooler (but not the boost pressure itself) is bulging trying to get out. Moving that quick has gotta be rough on a hood that isn't vented
