that body kit looks so cheap from that picture. He should go see the car in person (if its close by) then bid on it or tell him to end the auction and pay him cash. I myself would never buy a car off ebay, too many bad people out there

yeah....as i said above a front pic...it does look more like a silvia all the way around....those are R32-33 lights also..but front looks like a silvia

That is quite possibly the ugliest car I have ever seen. However, buying from eBay can be good, or downright horrendous. Make sure he runs a CarFax on it first (not 100% reliable, but better than nothing) and make sure he asks lots of questions before bidding. Look for areas on the car that you could see as being problem areas and ask the seller to take some close ups for you. Phone the seller too just to get an idea of where they're coming from (and hope they're not just a real good salesman). Finally, find the location of the car and use a message board like this to see if anyone in the area would be willing to check it out for you (maybe even offer a few bucks for their time) and make sure they know what questions to ask and what to look at.
