Ford focus rattling noise - watch video

Watch this video:
(no viruses attached)

Since last 2 weeks get this strange rattling noise only when driving above 60 mph (motorway). Went to garage and found nothing wrong??? Comes from front passenger side under dash.

What do you think it is???

Someone said its the gear box - but does that produce rattling noise?

It's a FORD, what did you expect. Is it under warrenty? Do you realize your asking a question about a Focus on a EVO site? Do you pass after puff puff?

Ford has a very large automotive market in the U.K
They have about 70,000 employees at the their automotive plants in Europe.

You cant watch a season of Top Gear without at least seeing one Ford on the show.
Can't believe you didnt know that.

Oh I sure do know they are big in England, but how do you justify having a ford when all the Japanese imports are in England too, like pulsar gti-r, early evos and sti.

Ford Europe actually makes some pretty good cars. Focus RS comes to mind.

OP, two things. One, you'll have better luck on a Ford forum where others may have experienced the same thing. Two, without knowing how loud it is relative to other noises, it's hard to guess; but since it only occurs at speed and doesn't seem to be a rough road, I would guess you have something in your cabin air system or possibly under the hood that's rattling when air is blowing over it.
