That car has nothing Luingenfelter, in that video against an ECLIPSE GSX, he has cam heads and NO2. Doubt the 550 whp, probably close to that on the juice. This video was on the cprvetteforum close to a year ago, since then I believe that guy added a magnuson blower to his car, but ditched the nos. None the less, 400-450 whp evo would serve him his *** on a plate. My vette is blown at 530whp and i am confident that my evo will be faster soon with less whp.

my .02

It's gotta be a GSX, man there's no chance again the vette with the GSX. My brother own a stock GSX and we were racing with the vette awhile back and damn that thing is amazing. We raced with an old man that was around his late 60's and man talk about racing gears. This guy got racing glove and **** on. I was totally suprized. I bet that old fart was hella rich too. From a stop the Vette didn't do so well, but after around 60mph damn that thing kick's ***. After watching that video, it reminded me of what it was like racing a Vette with a GSX. I'll be buying an EVO in a couple month, hopefully I'll stand a chance again that oldman.

DRM stand for Doug Rippie Motorsports, a competitor to LPE. This is like saying Shiv uses Dynoflash. The only part that is LPE's is the Magnuson SC that he since added.

DRM is another tuner, wouldnt say competitor. Nonetheless, the magnuson blower setup was exclusively sold through lingenfelter but is now widespread amongst many dealers. However it is not a lingenfelter blower. Many vette/magnuson owners opted for the lingenfelter valve covers because they were the only company that had them for a while because the stock valve covers would not fit. Overall regardless, perhaps he did buy it from lingenfelter....it was a long time ago.
This topic is dead lol
