Latest kill for me was late model CTS-V sedan. Sometime tells me he was surprised.

Granted it wasn't recent since I hardly drive my car.

Jorts, you are a mess! I about fell off the bed laughing when I read this thread title. Casey thought I had lost my mind.

I don't have any good kills lately because stock turbo. But I do have a death from a "surprise, it's turbo!" gen 1 Miata. He kicked dirt in my face when I tried to pass on the interstate. Car was easily a 112mph quarter mile car.

I've ran a couple over the past - this was definitely modded and quite quick!

 

ST205 Celica GT4, partial throttle in 4th mid RPM was enough to embarrass him thoroughly. He will think twice the next time he thinks he can get the better of this people mover.

Ran a salesman from the dealership next door on the way home from work a few weeks ago. 2010 camaro SS, forged LS3 with a hellion TT kit. He said it made 693whp on a local dynojet. We went from a 40 roll, he didnt expect much out of me so he didnt brake boost....i did . I held him off to about 100 and he just went screaming around me.

 

My old Evo VIII I pulled about a car on a Ferrari FF I ran into on the highway from an 80 roll, that's about as interesting as it got outside of bikes.

My IX is stock for now and I haven't run anything with it, but It's always fun to embarrass random ricers in the DD Jetta.

 

What was done to ur evo to hold of an ff? A guy locally has a ff and a california that ill be running very soon ive driven both of em so I know what im goibg against ha

Not a ton. Bolt-ons, HKS 272s, IX turbo, E85, made around 420/420 dynojet. Motor was built, but for longevity so there wasn't really any power gain, but the car weighed 3000lbs wet and unoccupied so there's something to be said for that. It came down to gearing mostly, he had to shift and I didn't. Had we gone past 130 I'd have had to grab 5th and I'm sure he'd have caught back up and walked away. I honestly wasn't expecting to pull on him, I really just wanted to hear it!

 

No problem, tis why I asked. Im to used to LS1Tech. Everything but videos you wouldnt want to watch in front of your mother are allowed lol.

 

I have people try to goat me into it all the time but I never give in. Straight line driving isnt fun to me. I just stay going the same speed as they ride behind me until I hit a corner then watch them disappear in my rear view mirror. (well as best as i can with the wing in the way).
