it was a vw jetta. it was s/c. but man it sounded like a toy car sound. you know when you accelerate. but the sound was much louder.it sounded like a tazmanian devil. (not the cartoon one) combine that with the sound of an exhaust and intake, and thats how it sounded overall. and man it was loud. but sounded cool at the same time. he had 18psi of boost and had like 300-335 hp.

this boils down to my question. does anyone know what ripps or any supercharged lancer sounds like?

 

u should hear a mini cooper S, they sound and look like it's being run by an electric motor

 

if you wanna hear a real s/c-ed car. find a V-8 muscle car that's got a super. they're bad-***

supercharging is an aftermarket form of forced induction. the guy asked for sound clips of supered lancers. that's why it's here.

ive never heard a supecharged car, but ive been behind a 2g dsm with a loud b.o.v. and cuz of that i wanna go turbo'd instead and me and my bro can do it cheap

 

try to find a turbo charged lancer, i have some vids up, but i wasnt running to full load when thsoe vids were shot, wait a week for me, and you will hear one, from inside, its one of the greatest things ever

Im rusty on supercharging and all, but Ive never heard of a supercharger going past 12psi.
