never heard of a pre-tub, they always refer to it as a mini-tub.

this should work a little better. Oh and it's worth mentioning the car used to be red so to us it's a new car.

It's funny the motivating factor behind why he did all this. It was originally a 382 Na with a weak head & cam package. I beat him in my old WRX so he went all out. I think I did him a big favor by beating him.

not to get OT but how do you make it so that your picture will be small enough to post using irfanview?

I'm not sure how as this is my first time using it.

The original pic is soooo much better. I just got back from the shop and we encountered a few problems. The car wouldn't hold boost, they mentioned it could be the wastegate, but it peaked at 8lbs and settled to 6. Procharger guys said the pully we used should be 12-15 lbs so there is work left to do.

The result was 530lbs torque and 430hp and with a supercharged car those numbers are backwards. So we have alot of untapped potential left I think. As soon as they get this all worked out I'll post the dyno graph with some better numbers on it. I have more really nice pics so if anyone is willing to help resize them for me I'd be grateful. Good Day, John

isn't 10's in the 1/4 a little optimistic forr 600whp on street tires on a rwd?
Very. High 11's with street tires is more likely. What's more, that blower will not produce 20lbs of boost.

The car with just a 382 ran high 11's so sorry but you are incorrect.

http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...parts/?item=36

go there and scroll down to the chart, I was actually being conservitive, it will flow up to 30lb of boost. Our model number is P-1SC . I have been involved in the Ls1 scene for several years now and would not state something like that without knowing EXACTLY what I was talking about. Trust me, with slicks 9's will be in our future and it's still going to be very streetable, with climate control still intact.

Check out LS1.com they have camaros and c5s running high 11's with just heads and cam packages. Good Day, John

Also to clear something up about an earlier post I made. When I raced him in my wrx he had pitted valves and had lost some compression so I don't want anyone to think I'm claiming to have had a 11 second wrx. When we put it on the dyno it only laid down 350 to the wheels (the motor had 85k miles of agressive driving on it). The feeling was great none the less and my dad lost sleep for days over it.

thankyou, I just got back from speedworks and they said we should be able to pick it up today, but I've heard that one before so we'll see.

Just an update...no car, still not holding boost. They ripped off the whole system, intercoolers and all, and sent it back to procharger yesterday. We'll see soon if that was the problem.
