Talking My fathers Vette is almost done!!!!

It's a 97, but in the last 7 months we replaced almost every moving part with something new and always better. The motor is a 382 with a procharger pushing 12lbs of boost. It's capable of well over 20psi but we don't want any reliability issues, so for the time being thats how we are going to run it. The car is sponsored by SpeedWorks in Lewisville Texas and I would be typing forever if I told you everything thats been done to it. One of my favorite parts is the chrome roll cage, it's one of the nicest I've ever seen.

It's going on the dyno today and if all goes well the car will be ours again, it's been a long 7 months to say the least. We are expecting over 600 at wheels and a easy 10 1/4 mile time with street tires. Only time will tell. The best part is my dad is so busy most of the time that he's relying on me to take it to car shows which doesn't bother me at all.

I'm so excited I can't even sleep, which explains why it's now almost 5am in texas. Man I'm going to be worthless tomorrow well......today I guess. Tell me what you think of it.

LOOK AT END OF THREAD, PIC IS WORKING NOW

I'm trying right now but they are 1.5 mb and I don't have software to resize them. Anyway I could email them to you and have them resized?

that's crazy, I figured you'd have a hard time hooking up with street tires. Let me know how it turns out.

hope it works, I'm still working on it. The wheels are 13" wide, we had to do a mini tub and wide fenders to get them to fit. That should help a little with traction.
