And, yeah, the V6s do get ragged on. Funniest thing I read was a discussion in OT on ClubSi where the Honda Civic drivers were calling V6 Mustangs "secretary cars." Ah, the irony.

I plan of doing the VT engines stroker kit and maybe all a blower, but that wont be till i havea new daily driver.

. The 2Vs respond surprisingly well to boost (not as well as the 4Vs, obviously). Talking of 4Vs and the Corral; it still amazes me what Bob Cosby does with that NA Cobra of his. The car I posted a few pages back made this: http://hangar13.net/mustang/dyno.jpg with a non-aftercooled V2 SQ running stock boost (about 9lbs). Now, that dyno graph is uncorrected and it was also the perfect day to dyno. Corrected was 381 if I remember correctly. I miss my GT. Even though the Evo is a kickass car you just can't replace the wicked V8 growl you get from the Mustang. Plus, the Evo runs 13.1 and the GT ran 11.9. Guess I need more mods on the Evo huh?

yeah it is pretty sad. although it is fun when your v6 automatic runs low 13s
i had mine all sorts of modified and sprayed. its really bad though when people who have v6 mustangs think they are all that and so much better than civics when a nice vtec will beat them anyday.
