Lame excuse from a lame kid with no$$ or will to really know wat an evo really is. Good I hope someone that knows how to drive got the evo he's talking about cause this kid is no driver.

 

Why so much hate? The kid had the good sense not to buy an evo when he could not afford the upgrades or the high insurance on it.

I am sure you had a nicer car than a Hyundai Genesis r-spec at his age right

I really don't blame him either. As he stated he was going to be able to mod it, like at all. You could tell that's the case since if he was shaky on the insurance which he stated was like a $100 difference. If $100 is over budget I don't even think he factored in maintenance at all... on top of that and I might get some **** over this but honestly... stock Evo, wasn't really impressed at all.

 

title of the vid is wrong. he couldn't afford an evo so he went with a cheaper car, the other cheaper car he was considering was the frs/brz... so the title should have been "WHY I Bought a HYUNDAI over an FRS/BRZ"

I should make a video called "why I bought a Miata instead of a Ferrari 458"

My biggest question is why did he feel the need to make a video about this and put it online. Did it make him feel better that he can justify not having an evo?

The bigger question is why half the people on YouTube feel the need to make videos about crap no one cares about, such as this video.
Just another " look at me" video.
Obviously he couldn't afford the car or the insurance.

 

the vid has 172k views... thats a decent chunk of change of supplemental income, prolly possible to live off of as an only source of income if your frugal putting out vids like that all the time...

 

He's the kid from **** Honda/ WRX/ other owners say.

 

I watch his channel a lot and I don't think some of you understand is reasoning. He was able to afford both upfront but he just made an educated decision that the hyndai was a more sensible choice for his needs.

 

correct thats why I was expecting to see something that would make me lol, but its a serious one, maybe he thought his fan base needs to know why he didn't get an Evo like he has stated in previous youtubes. How do you get 170k views for putting nothing in a youtube? but he has build up his fan base so they want to know what he is up to I assume

 

having enough money to buy something and being able to afford it are 2 different things, all his reasons for not getting the Evo were financial, therefore he can't afford it... therefore title of video is stupid

also there's not a single post in this thread dismissing his decision, I just don't like his stupid clickbait title

 

The title is not why is it better than the evo. It's "why". His reason was Financial. It's not click bait. Why you hating so hard
