I have not been following their RS development thread lately, but it does look like its been radio silent for a while.

I still think someone will bring them a CTR to evaluate. Time will tell I guess.

It would rotate off throttle and pull itself straight on the gas, and suck like glue in a steady-state turn. What a great car.
It taught me that not all FWD cars behave the same.
exactly how a fwd car should be set up for road racing. even more extreme for autox. you want the car rotating practically any time the car is turning & off throttle

You mean when I predicted many of its shortcomings. Results are in, I was right. Take a read http://www.vorshlag.com/forums/showt...8381#post58381

Or just look here for the summary

interesting review, and i cant really disagree with it. Also the TQ steering is not mentioned here which is now well know those who drives the stock RS hard.

It took quite a while until non-rave, balanced reviews came out.

ITR best, most balanced FWD car evAr.

My beef with FWD is when FI and regarding modification potential. FWD with lots of torque (modded) can still be crazy fast, but the ability to use that torque into a corner is self-limiting.

People are going to be modding the CTR and will likely hurt the perfect balance it has from the factory.

Why not keep power near stock, add a nice set of coilovers, 2 piece rotors, some wider tires, and focus on weight reduction. I bet you people will get that chassis down to sub 2500lbs.
