edit: they actually still make them too...you can get them in Japan, Canada, and Europe among others.

Umm where do you get your info from... the Civic SI (1999-2000) was 160hp engine....The difference between the U.S. SI and the SIR is the R......u can get an SIR in canada or close to the border...or just get an SI...(if the R is really important to you, just buy a badge for $5)...

by the way..u should of posted this in Jan...traded in my SI for EVo...SI was already hooked up (Exterior)..oh well too late

No interiors dude. It's 2AM here and it's just the same as the regular Civic. Nothing special.

I was speaking about back when SI's were introduced....the actual #'s for the early 90's cars gen were 125hp for the SI and not 135hp like I got from memory.....the SiR had quite a bit more using the equivalent of the Integra engine. The latest 2 gens of SI's in the US are the 160hp.

It's 3AM already here. Hope you enjoy this next one. The SiR's stock but thinking of putting in Brembos. I so love my Evo's brakes... I'm helping my friend source in an STi through an importer as the authorized dealer only carries really crippled WRXs. For the Philippine market we get an even slower WRX than the US.

my sir ran a 14.9 quarter mile. yup, its a four door without the airbags and the sunroof...mods: header, spoon exhaust, spoon cams, neuspeed cam gears, aem CAI, aem pulleys, ngk wires and denso iridium plugs. ,running on 96 octane gas, full interior with a riced out wing . it does not compare to my evo here but with a little more mods, and a sripped down interior, it'll be running low 14's.
