Scooby STi set for June 2003 in US
According to Autoweek their sources in STi Japan tell them to look for the STi Impreza to be in showrooms June 2003. They are looking to have an estimated 261 Hp. It's not going to be cheap though as Autoweek figures it will be "just under $40,000"

Usually, when the Subaru defenders run out of arguments when an STI is being compared to an Evo, the last argument is: "ok, but my car is cheaper".

I meant that usually Subaru people say that their car is cheaper, which is the case in Europe. I was saying that even when you get them to agree their car is slower, in the end they will say, ok, it's slower, but a lot cheaper (which is more or less the case here in Europe). And now, in the USA, not only will it be slower, but also more expensive!!! Unbelievable!

The funniest thing is that it will also come with ayc, and that a lot of people is happy about that.
Just to let everybody know what we thik about ayc, Claudius is going to spent a lot of money to buy a normal lsd and changing the shafts and everything to fit the lsd, because the ayc is really not good if you drive fast.

the WRX STi SPEC C is ALOT faster than the EVO 7 RS in a straight line.
and AUTOWEEK also said that the regular WRX was going to be 32 before it came out.. but its only 24
