I just got the Best Motoring vol. 5 DVD and there's a race with the Supra, RX-7, Skyline, and the Auto Produce Boss S15. It looks like the S15 has a sequestional tranny, but I can't find any info on the car on the web.
Does anyone know anything about this car?
Thanks,
Mark

If the shifter looked like this than it is a ikeya formula sequential shifter not a real sequential box. They do make one for an Evo VII, BTW.

No it's something else most likely as the the stock boot and shift knob were used. Upshifts required no clutching while downshifts only required lifting the throttle.

I have that DVD too. If I'm thinking of the same car as you, then from what I remember he lifted the throttle lightly during upshifts and still used the clutch on downshifts. Originally posted by KK

It's definately not a dogbox because there are no gates just quick up and down movements of the shifter.Mark
