Go with GSR
I'd drop the GSR integra engine in it. Its small enough to fit without any major adjustments and would boost your power by a lot and its not near the size of the accord engine so you wouldn't have the weight or handling issues that you would with the B22. The GSR engine pushes 170 horse power and about 130lb of torque thats like a 30% gain in power for ya. I believe you can get one of those for around 3 grand
