I have a quick question guy I found a 1997 Nissan Skyline R33 GTR for $7000 with 40000 miles on it its right hand drive and in the bahama's its $3200 to ship it here does anyone know what I have to do to legalize it and how much it cost

Presumably, it has to be converted to meet DOT and EPA requirements.
You can ask Motorex if they can do it. They advertise 3-4 months and $25K to convert a R33/R34 Skyline.

you will need revised from/rear bumper supports welded in, cats, emiisions testing, adding OBD-II equipment. ECU adjustments, new windows and glass all around, new exhaust, new intake, it goes on.. and on..

Adam, There's a guy on the Island who has a Skyline, I'm pretty sure he imported it himself.. Do a search on the NYS DOT website, I think there's a specialty vehicle section that may let you get the car registered and titled (and insured) in New York State without legalizing it.. I think its restriction is for show or prototype vehicles.. I do know of someone who used the Kit Car registration process to get his car (a European Lotus Esprit) titled..
