I used to have the RSX type-S. I swore that I would never get a sedan, cuz all of my past cars have been coupes. But honestly the Evo is so worth it. But when I had the RSX I had no problems. It was a very comfortable car, great gas mileage, interior was excellent, it's got some juice to it also, and handling wasn't bad either. What were you looking for in a car anyway? Looks, speed, comfort, practicality or combination?

Looking for something that looks decent, but doesn't have to be great. Something with good gas mileage is a definant plus. My first car was a '78 mustang that I had restored, and having driven that for the majority of my driving years, I'm hoping to get something with the same feel (if that makes sense). Whatever I decide to go with, it HAS to be a coupe; I can't drive a sedan anymore, it makes me feel old and I hate driving one.

I'm 6'5", so fitting into a car comfortably is always a must. Also looking for the stock answers... reliablilty, reasonable, nice (but not overdone), etc.

I couldn't see myself driving an Evo. Don't get me wrong, they are great cars, but not for me.... Hopefully that'll give you a better clue of what I'm looking at!

If you're 6'5" I'm not sure the RSX is the way to go. Have you sat in one? My 6' friend hits his head when going over bumps in his RSX.

Yes, I have sat in one, and I fit it in rather comfortably. However, I have not yet found time to test drive one, I know that driving it will help to bring out that kind of thing.... Thanks for the heads up (no pun intended)!

ive had an RSX for nearly 3years, ive never had a single problem with the car and my cars one of the firs shipments.

Sweet styling, good handling, tires suck so replace them asap, smooth shifter, i get 33mpg, plenty of cargo room, back seat head room is limited, but your the driver. i'm 6'1 and i fit in fine, i dont even have the seat all the way back or anything.

the synchro problem, isnt really a problem, there is a SLIGHT knotchiness when shifting to 2nd and 6th (so i hear), but its mainly on very cold days when the car isnt warmed up. it is nothing to worry about.

go to www.clubRSX.com for everything you could ever want to know about the RSX. i'm RSXster on the CRSX boards.

Just do me a favor, one use the search button before asking a question cus odds are its been asked 10 times already, and answered. and two DO NOT ask if the Type R is coming to the US.

I own a RSX Type-S and I love it, no problems to date, except that the roads here in oregon mess with the suspension alot. Oh yeah, I'm new here! I hope this is the place for me!
