I think it looks cool. It isn't like the charger was a small sleek sports car back in the day, it wasn't even a pony car competitor. It was a big @ss coupe with a big square front on it. Maybe you guys were expecting the revival of the challenger/cuda??

It looks like all the other Dodges from this iteration of boxy-ugliness.... anyone else have the misfortune of seeing a Dodge Magnum? They've managed to make the old ugly station wagon even uglier.... I don't give a **** if it DOES have a "Hemi", them ain't cool.
But then the Charger never was a sexy looking machine, it just burnt rubber.....

I'm not feeling it.. I was anticipating something alot nicer than that, closer to the CNG car from a few years ago.. I absolutely love the Magnum.. but a 4 door 300C knockoff for a charger just doesn't do it for me.
I definitely would like to see dodge bring back the Challenger as a ponycar competitor for the GTO, Mustang, etc..

I think those pics look bad a$$ !!!!! If I was in the market for american muscle I'd take that over the new Rustang when (and if) it comes out. Those new dodge V8's are pretty sweet. I like magnum too but no 5 speed so no purchase
A little off course, but apparently for 2006 there'll be a police package Dodge Magnum. The 250HP V6 is standard, but the blue-and-whites can opt for the 340HP Hemi.
There are also plans to office the Charger to police as well.

It makes sense.. the police and other pursuit fleet vehicals prefer RWD (or AWD) I know a few agencies are too happy with the Chevy Impala (front drivers) and the rear drive Crown Vic is due for a major redesign in 2005/6
Actually, I do plan on purchasing a Dodge Magnum, but I'm waiting for the AWD packages to be released (if its got the hemi engine) and hoping that they come out with a manual transmission version.. I need something thats fun to drive, but can tow my race car and trailer. (No, I'm not getting rid of the Evo, just don't want to ruin it by putting on the obscene mileage that I do..)
