Mazda Speed 6 production pics
^^^ teh no, wrx & sTi have TMIC and do just fine. Srt4 with dual exhaust does just fine. Car looks sexy with a TMIC and dual exhaust is for looks mazda knows its a restriction but most peeps will buy it thinking 2 is more powerful than 1.
I don't get the topmount intercooler under the hood, though. With out a vent, it doesn't seem like you would get much airflow through there.
It looks like its going to come with a active center differential, a mechanical limited slip in the rear, and an open diff in the front. It also looks like the suspension is on the softer side when compared to the Evo and Sti. The seats are leather which doesn't grip all the well and the side bolsters aren't all that big. It looks like this is going to be a lot like the R32 as far as where it's positioned in the market.

check out the new Subaru Legacy.....that's the car they're aiming at with this. Larger sedans with AWD and turbo engines. Nothing in common at all with EVO, STI, R32, etc.

I love Mazda and those cars are tres hotness, but I hate the idea of not being able to upgrade my sound system. The new Mazdas all have an integrated dash/head unit thing going on.
How heavy do you guys think the MSP 6 will be with AWD? It's like 3000lbs now. I really like how this car feels in corners, it has a nice wide/taught stance and feels really composed in just the 2wd version.
I drove these and the 3s at the Mazda Rev it up event, both had aftermarket suspension and tire upgrades. I really didn't think the 3 felt any better then the 6 in the twisties. But what do I know?
I think alot of us Evo guys are going to be surprised by this car, Mazda knows handling.
