timing belt assembly and all gaskets and seals.
Balance shafts intact with new bearings and driving belt.
New OEM turbo cartridge
New OEM radiator
AEM 320 Liter per hour fuel pump
Mishimoto front mount intercooler
OEM Exedy Clutch kit installed 10k miles ago with engine rebuild
Rear Differential and Transmission fluid changed with respective Mitsubishi Diaqueen gear oils

Vehicle has been kept primarily stock for longevity and reliability. Paint isn't perfect but no major rust nor body damage only light scratches and small dents. I've driven the vehicle sparingly and only put on 10k miles following engine rebuild. Compression ratio kept same as stock and runs fine on stock tune. Contact for any questions.
