I have an Apex Silver 2006 Evo IX MR 6-speed manual in mint condition with only ~ 52k miles. I'm the original owner, no accidents, no smoking, no pets, always garaged both at home and at work. The only modification is an AEM Dryflow Synthetic Air Filter mounted to an AEM aluminum turbo intake pipe. It also has a new battery and newer brake pads all around.
