I do not drive the vehicle often, I have a company car that I drive during the week and a Jeep that is used on the weekends. I take the Evo on occasion to local car shows and yearly to Mitsubishi Owners Day in California.

All maintenance up to date.
Oil change just completed prior to listing for sale. New tires also put on for sale. Vehicle was professionally detailed inside and out and ceramic coated last week. New brakes as well as diff/transfer case/transmission fluids were done last year, less than 5k miles ago.

- Stance Coilovers (Corner balanced)
- ETS Intercooler and piping
- Previous owner had vehicle tuned by TT Tuning in California. When I bought it and brought the vehicle to Arizona I had it returned by Tony at UMS Tuning in Mesa Arizona to account for our desert climate here
- 3M paint sealer
- Clear bra

I looked for about 3 months before finding this excellent example. I have kept it in excellent condition during my ownership, but I do not drive it enough to justify keeping it. Between insurance, registration and routine maintenance, it is not worth me keeping. I would rather invest the money elsewhere.
