Thanks bro
I might check out an auction. I saw that low mileage evo sell for 137k at auction In 2017. Worth a shot

Found this online.

thanks bro. Not really looking to pay to sell it. If someone gives the money I’m looking for , then I’ll let it go. But not in any rush to sell. That site can get pricey with fees

They only charge $99 to list your car there. If you need or want prefessional pictures taken, there are additional charges. Otherwise, the buyer is the one that pays the 5% fee of the purchase price. You're not willing to list for $99 to potentially get top dollar? GLWS.

I just saw that. That’s the cheaper package. They have the better listings for 399 on the site. I’m not in any rush to sell so just going to list it on free sites. If I get it then I’ll let it go but Not in any rush whatsoever. I figure the longer I keep It can’t hurt and it’s not going to depreciate. Thanks tho

Wouldn’t expect any loan to go through without a significantly healthy down payment.
Let’s face it. You’re asking an extraordinary amount of cash for this (from what I can see) awesome example of a low mileage, limited production evo. Glad you’re in no rush to sell. The price certainly would reflect as much.

Nobody in their right mind would list a car like this unless they didn't have to sell. Any experienced sales person knows selling a car like this requires patients until the right buyer comes along. They always do. Money can be printed. Evo 9s in this condition not so much. Infact the longer it sits the more rare it becomes and appreciates. GLWS OP!

Gonna have to disagree with you on this one. I’m sure many experienced salespeople would agree that spelling and grammar are factors to their success; not patience.
Evidently all the interested buyers are unable to print money, nor evo IX’s in this condition. All love though. Best of luck to “seller”
