You looking for the drilled out spot welded piece? not looking to cut inside from the top and drop a new stud in?

I had this problem on my e36m. I drilled out the stud and used a nut sert and a bolt to hold it in.

 

Going to bypass my problem with a one piece driveshaft and sell the one I have

 

You've come this far why not. You'll be able to sell the 2 piece no problem.

 

I guess I’m back to the drawing board. The guy in sales told me they can do it , the guy who actually makes em says he can’t.

 

damn man. I assume you don't really want to cut up your interior? After I heard your stud broke I was extra careful with mine and my car is nowhere as clean as yours. Best option may be to try and find a one piece privately. Manufacturers are really lacking today i feel you

 

did you not heat up the fastener with a torch before loosening?

 

I have a PST 1 piece carbon driveshaft I’ll be throwing up for sale soon. Brand new still in the box.
