Description:
Basically brand new turbosmart 22psi wga. I purchased it brand new. Unfortunately my 57mm pwr radiator is too thick and wont clear it. It was only mocked up to test fitment, never cycled or ran. $145 picked up $155 shipped

I just picked one of these up brand new for $150 shipped, so you might get better luck if you bump your price down. Why not use it? I just installed mine a month ago and pretty happy with it, holds boost much better than OEM.
For me personally I would rather have the larger radiator and run an mbc or a different style higher psi wga.Here are some pics to show how tight the clearance is with a stock size wga and the pwr radiator.
