****Back on the market! My finance company has been taking months to get me the pink slip so the previous buyer backed out. About a week ago they confirmed the pink was released and should be to me soon. 

Up for sale is my 2006 Evo MR special edition with the no lift aero package. Currently has 74k miles on it. I put 20k miles on it over the last 4 years of my ownership. Car has a clean title/no accidents/no resprays and been kept in CA and AZ its whole life. Been garage kept and never driven in the rain the entire time I have owned it. Car is very clean. 9 out of 10 for the outside, 9.5 out of 10 for the inside. This is one of the most stock Evos you will find these days. All maintenance is up to date and this car is ready to go. Registered until 10-2022.

Maintenance done less than 1000 miles ago (leak down test indicated exhaust valves were leaking but still within spec. I am a maintenance freak if you havent noticed)

I am sure I am missing some stuff but that it all the main stuff I did. Car now runs better than ever. I decided to go aftermarket with some parts to help with reliability and for future mods if you wanted to turn the boost up or add cams. All stock parts will be included with the sale. I still have 90% of the original parts that have been replaced so you can see the previous wear. I kept everything cause nothing was technically bad, just time to replace in my book.

Cons
- Has some minor scratches and rock chips (better condition than normal for the mileage)
- PO replaced the original shocks with stock GSR units
- Paint is getting dull on the roof diffuser
- Clear coat is starting to peal on the wing
- Could use tires
- Tune recall still needs to get done to pass CA smog (free fix)
