Description:

Unmodified 2006 Evo IX MR Special Edition in excellent condition. I’m the 2nd owner, I bought this car in 2011 with just under 10k miles. She’s been with me ever since. Garage kept, adult owned and very well maintained. No accidents, I have all maintenance records. Current tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 XL with approx. 1,800 miles. Car has new inspection stickers and fresh oil change.

UPDATE: Price reduced to 45K. Also, some have asked for maintenance records all of which have now been uploaded. There were some oil changes in the early days that I did myself and did not maintain any receipts but otherwise, all major maintenance is included. 

Regarding paint/bodywork: The car has never been in an accident but the following bodywork has been completed all of which was completed by a very reputable local shop (Bodywork by Bernard in Bristol PA)
1) In 2011 when I first purchased the car I had the front bumper painted as the car previously had a front plate and I wanted the screw holes filled so I had the bumper removed and painted. I also eliminated the rear spoiler and had the screw holes on the trunk lid filled and the entire lid painted. 
2) April 2023- While in the garage, a large cooler fell off a shelf onto the hood. The body shop indicated this could have been repaired but I chose to spend the extra $ and purchase a new hood. I have pictures of the old hood. While it was in the shop, I had the original rear spoiler reinstalled and had the trunk lid and read bumper painted to ensure the paint matched. Along with the new hood, I had the front fenders and front bumper repainted, to ensure paint was blended and to address normal wear and tear on the front bumper. 

Notable Maintenance (records attached): 
1) Feb 2015- front struts
2) April 2023 (61K miles)- Timing belt & pump kit
3) April 2023 (61K miles)- Latest tires were purchased and installed - 235/45ZR17 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 XL. 
4) December 2024- new battey (Duralast Gold) was installed. 
5) Full synthetic oil & filter changes the lessor of annually or 3-4k miles. 
6) Breaks have also been done as shown in maintenance records. 

Sound System: 
The stock head unit and speakers were low quality. In July 2013, I replaced the head-unit, 4 speakers, added amp and small 8 inch sub. The job was professionally completed by Auto Solution Spa based on Conshohocken PA. Still sounds excellent and can easily be uninstalled. I still have the original equipment. This is not a bass booming “system”. I was very careful about doing the sound system tastefully and ensure it did not impact any other component of the car, no loosened bolts, rattling components, etc. I cant stress enough, the car is in excellent shape and its hard to believe its almost 20 years old.
