He did put the motor in his car, I hope the court accept all the texts he sent me, this is all thru text messages.
I just asked for him to either to pay for the parts or supply the parts I think that is fair.
I think he is trying to say I put stock parts in. What a douch bag...

He calls me up that morning and tells me that he could not find a Engine hoist, so I get one and drive down, it took 4-5 hours and it was raining to pull the motor because he did not have the right tools finaly get it out, put it on a pallet. and take it to my friends shop, I took me some time to find the right bolts to get it on an engine stand, well its been about three weeks now and I decide to drain the oil, it was pitch black, I was like hmmmm... I decided to pull the oil pan, to look around and check out whats inside, the motor is bone stock, So I call the guy up and tell him whats going on? he tells me well its been a month why did I wait so long, I told him I didn't have the time or resources to get it on the engine stand until now, plus i never intended to pull the pan, so now what? he tells me well something doesn't sound right, I'm like your kidding me..right? he's tells me how does he know that I am not just making this up, and that he sold me a built motor, and how does he know that, that is his motor, I told him to come up to see for him self, he says no... he is not wasting his time, I told him look just pay me for the Pistons, Rods and Bearings and I will pay for the labor to have it built, he is like that dont make any scence, I told him that I am being reasonable, I am not asking for my all my money back. He is says he is not paying for anything. I told him see you in court, so monday I am driving an hour to the court near his home and filing suit.. Any advice?
Sounds to me that he knew it was not built to be honest. That is a fear of everybody buying a motor and it not turning out to be straight up. If you do not have it in writing you bought a built motor or on the check. Your screwed and wasting your time. IF you paid in cash and did not get a recipt then your screwed. You need to provide us with these details please. When I got my motor first then i did was take it apart next day to make sure it was Built NOT STOCK BS. i understand you were busy but the day you pulled it should have been the same day you took it apart to see.

So he did for sure put the motor in? Whats the chances he bought the motor and was told it was built and didn't check it himself? I would ask him lots of questions and try to direct them towards someone else messing up. People usually aren't too receptive to having the finger pointed directly at them. Point it somewhere else and make him think someone screwed him over and that will get you alot of info he isn't willing to spill right now.

Ok so i got a random PM the other day from Tekisnail about a MAP o2 dump that i posted in the WTB section. so i started talking to him and he gives me a price of $330 + shipping and i told him i could get it brand new for less than that and he immediately goes down to $260 shipped. so right away i kinda knew he was trying to scam me but then i ask for pics he goes the box is sealed and then it wouldnt be brand new if i opened it(HAHA). i then asked for his phone number and he surprisingly gave it to me i called and some lady picks up and its a wrong number no one by that name is there. So yeah i was close to getting scammed but was smart about it so everyone watch out for Tekisnail he is a scammer

It's June 5th and this guy still hasn't done anything. Can't believe hes still using his work's vendor account and posting stuff. Each time he makes excuses to make me look like the crook and delay further time

I'm still waiting for the rest of my stuff. Impavidoevo5 just chooses to ignore my messages and his inbox is full. (Can mods do anything about that?) I know he still visits the site as he was on yesterday. At this point I would be happy to just get my clamps, I can have the flanges made, but to buy new clamps alone is going to be close to another $150-200. Scammers suck...

If unsure...DO NOT buy! Save yourself from the trouble and get the lugs from a good vendor like Speed Element.
