Just put it this way i had the worst experience with this member on evo m. it all start off smooth, we agree to trade parts. and i would throw him cash on top too. i paypal him money. ship out my item to him. he text me saying he has received it. i was ok great. so did you send out the your item yet? he goes "yeah just ship it today." i was like ok where is my tracking number it went on for about 1 week before he text me back with sum excuse.. so went on for another week. still no answer still no package now im pissed off. its been almost 3 weeks still nothing. I shipped my item dec 1 and he received it couple days later.. he been lieing to me the whole time. he hasnt shipped out my item at all. he said he did, and that he needs to find the reciept with the tracking number on it. i was like ok cool. another week later still nothing.. Finally i had to threat him that i was going to call the cops. then he finaly text me back saying go ahead call the cops. im just going to send your item back to you. he said to me also i got the my own package sent back to me bc of no sig. i laugh at him i was like first of all there was no sig paper any where to be found on my door. and my wife stays home 24/7 and she said she didnt see no ups man.. good lie and a good try. now he said he going to send back my item and give me my money back. still havent got any money back nor have i seen any package at my house. so this is why i am typing this up.. i hate having to do this bc i never had to do it before in the last 7 years of being a member to evo m. its sad that people do this specialy being PIZZAMANEVO8. starting to get sum respect from people on her then ur going to go an SCREW sum one over. should think before you go and do things like that. i just looked at his feedback the other day realized this wasnt his first time doing this. its his second time. idk if that guy got his item or money back or not.. all i know is i want my item back and money. so mod please take this in consideration bc people like this shouldnt be on our forums trying to screw people over. never doing business with this guy again n he should be banned in my eyes or at lease a temp banned to smarten up!

yeah man first time in 7 years it had happen to me i bought alot of stuff on this website been a member for awhile n been in the evo game for a while! he wont get away with it know that for a fact, i will get my money back n my item. u would think having sponserships and having big goals with your evo, u wouldnt screw people over like that. just shows what type of person you really are..

File a fraud complaint via PayPal (good thing u used it and didn't mail a cashier's check/money order or just cash). They will contact this guy and get things resolved.

Another very important fact "As a reminder DO NOT SEND A PAYPAL PAYMENT AS A GIFT!! You give up any right to dispute the transaction!!!"

Wow. Thanks for the thread my man. Just for all that know me , deal with allot of stuff and just opened a new pizza shop and has been really busy from the start not having enough help and working over 100 hours a week. Yes I agreed to the trade and when I got the aim pista it had no harness for it. That was a 200+$ extra that I wasn't told about. My clutch is brand new I'm the box. All that knOw me, know I have the garage/shop and that is where it was being shipped from. So I'm taking what I was told from my guys there that it was shipped. Then was told it was returned. Why would they tell me that? Cause they don't want to get yelled at. So I get I don't know about 200 text messages a day and allot get over looked, cause on the iPhone they get bumped down. So I was busy here and I went threw and was like wow! My fault. So the threats came and what not and I said well I'll just send it back and send extra mOney for incovienence. Well yesterday banks are closed ect. So I said I would send out tomoorow, get up extra early. Now this thread. Thanks my man. Good job! I have multiple shops that I own and I am very busy. I don't even get to see my kids. If it makes you feel better by doing this I hope it worked. Yes no one buy from me! Cause I can't guaruntee when I can get it out. I said I was sorry, but I did mess up. Anyone that knows me knows I'm not gOnna beat anyone for anything. I drive a 200k car! I don't need to beat anyone.

But do realize that you being busy with a lot of stuff isn't the other guy's fault. Just update him on whats going on, so he wouldn't worry. It won't take your entire day to let him know that u are caught with your new "pizza" shop etc etc..
Failure to communicate to the party is the basis for this thread's existence.

And, IMO, you driving a 200k car has nothing to do with anything.
