bought a perfect shep stage 3 T-case, did install with a new oil and it has a death whine

when I took it off it was not oil it was smth dirty coming out.

Did send a message to a seller and he told me that it is really strange that it has whine but at 50 MPH the noise is so loud that you can stand it.

seller promised me to send a new ring and pinion (waiting till now since May 2011) no replies to PM at all

plz help me to get

the point is why I could claim a refund from paypal is I live in Ukraine and the item ships to Ukraine about 6 weeks and about week in States in case it is so heavy as t-case.....

lol apparently the internet in ukraine is 6 months slow too.

 

i did install it last april, the noise was so terrible that I could no drive my Evo, I changed it for a new on costed me 900US (I was waiting for a bout a month to get a reply from Torque07). in May I went for a business trip for a summer, but tried to PM him all the time and posted in his treads that he sold me a bad part but there were no luck.

After community helped me to get my money back from the guy who owned me 1 volk rim for almost a year I did posted this tread realizing that may be you can help me again

and actually I was told about this section of forum by AngryEvo8 short time ago so that why such a delay

Usually when a transfer case comes out of a car its for two reasons.

The car was totaled.
It has the death whine.

 

but it was sold as perfect, but it had a death whine when I installed and Torque07 agreed to send me new ring and pinion and it newer happened (((

 

Or someone is upgrading to a built one and can't afford the down time so they buy a built one and sell their stock one to recoup some cash

Oh that's just nasty. Let's see here who built that transfercase previously since it was built? Last year is a long wait to wait on a ring and pinion. I think he text me before of one he was selling thankyou for shedding some light on him.
