OP did you try installing the shaft in a different rotation relative to the joint? I'm trying to remember if you can install that flange 180 degrees or not. You might want to try that.

From my understanding, the Devo Tuning driveshaft and the AWD Motorsports driveshaft are balanced as a complete unit. When you send your cores in, you have to send them the whole thing, not just the back 2 pieces. I just bought an AWD driveshaft and I got both front and rear sections. I am not putting a driveshaft on my car that was not balanced together with the front section as a unit. I do not feel safe at over 600hp with something not balanced the way it is supposed to be.
