Are you stupid? Why would I pay for something I never got? If you bought something online it's not your responsibility to make sure you get it it's the sellers. Also we don't even know if its stolen or mis delivered everyone's jumping on the worst bandwagon. I haven't been able to talk to my mailman. Also just to clear things up when I asked for USPS he said he was shipping that way anyway. Also if I don't wanna pay more its a simple yes or no if you wanna sell it under the terms I offered not on the buyer I told him how much I would pay shipped he could have added all these things on to it I just wanted to make sure I could track a expensive item

My irresponsibility you must be joking at this point I have no proof if they were misplaced or stolen. I just got off the phone and they said they were prolly delivered to the wrong address. So maybe they will be able to track them.

So because you had stuff "potentially stolen" after being delivered, it is the seller's fault and you should be entitled to your money back? He has the delivery confirmation that says it was delivered, that is all he needs. If you had your stuff stolen, I fail to see how that falls on the seller's lap and that you should get your money back?

This seems to be Winkdogydog101.

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/cyli...ine-build.html

A quick search shows that he has accounts on a number of car forums, where he also made a name for himself. An example:

This guy has been doing this for a while. I found that in 2010 he pulled similar stunts in the RedLine and Cobalt forums to SEVERAL members. This is not a misunderstanding, this guy has a history of fraud.

Winky, you clearly opened the claim with paypal otherwise they wouldnt have taken the money from forced. If you know/knew it was the delivery system you chose, then you should have opened a dispute with them, not with paypal(the seller).

OP: just post his name and address
