Good you got it, bad for it taking a month.. That's what reviews are for, so hopefully the next guy doesn't wait a month.. You could always make it a mixed review, so it's not too rude.. But, I'd wanna know I was gonna have to wait a month before buying..

You can call the number on the back of your card. Or if you have online banking you should be able to view a specific transaction and file a dispute. Or there will be an option somewhere on your online account that allows you to submit a dispute. Usually you can use the help tab they provide and it'll be able to direct you where you need to go.
