Besides this upsetting me, Paul Walker has also passed away... wow can this day be anymore disappointing ??!?! UGH..

Rest In Peace.. true car enthusiast and great actor.

1st of all, i was unaware it was a fake gauge....i paid $336 for it, so i assumed it was real

One thing missing from the first post is whether you (azn) contacted the seller (ebp) about it being a fake before starting a dispute on PayPal and then here.

i was unaware until the dispute had already popped up on paypal

after i saw the dispute, thats when i emailed him asking what was going on....he did not contact me until after i had contacted him after the dispute was already filed

If you really paid $336 for oil pressure gauge how in the hell you can "throw in" and be satisfied with $124 for both gauges?

it was $124 for just the oil pressure gauge
i was only throwing it in to help sell all of the gauges

You are way too impatient, in my opinion. It seems that you started a claim "a few minutes" after sending a note to the seller (which you admitted was too hasty) and now you are quoting times and dates that are one day apart (which is still asking too much). Yes, it can be annoying when a purchase goes wrong, including when you are sent a fake item, but you really ought to wait longer before acting. Given that a refund is not technically required until after you send the stuff back, it's more in your court right now than the seller's.

exactly I resolved the issue and PayPal already took the money from my account to refund you as soon as I receive it back
