Long story short, paid him for some NIB 1250cc FIC injectors. What I got were obviously used 1450cc injectors. Guy may possibly go by other screen name JDM EVO Panama. I filed a dispute with PayPal already. He has respondes to my PM's but claims he let a friend use his account to sell things. Sounds pretty shady to me. Here is a link to the FS thread. Apparently he has scammed someone else.

Ive already had an issue with jdm evo panama on this forum where he tried screwing me and multiple others from a fs thread. Thabkfully paypal got the money back

So, the guy gives me my refund. I believe he would not have issued me a refund had I not filed a dispute with PayPal as soon as I did. And get this, he claims that he saw the injectors before his "boy" send them out.
Personally I think his "boy" is his little imaginary friend he had when he was yoinger and just couldnt quite let go. He then practically accused me of receiving good injectors and exchanging them with different injectors!
I am not a scammer and I have 100% positive feedback on multiple forums, while he is the one with previous negative feedback and also admitting to letting non members use his screen name and account to sell things which I am sure is against the rules on this forum and most others. So I still would advise anyone to not buy from this guy and the negative feedback I left him I will not change.
