I will be moving to Virginia around oct 05, are there any Evo clubs out there or a Virginia EVO forum? All help is appreciated.

Are you sure you want to do that? Might be the biggest mistake of your life. You have to pay a car tax and you'll get nagged a lot by cops.

True on the car tax, but I've had my Evo here for 2 years and my only run-in with a cop was because I let my inspection sticker expire... My car is lowered and has a pretty loud exhaust. When I got pulled for the inspection sticker, I had the back seat stripped out of the car as well -- I told the cop that the car was set up for autocross, but still street legal, and he didn't seem to have a problem with anything except the expired sticker.

Certainly I've heard stories of Evo owners getting hassled... I just haven't seen it myself...

All depends on where you move to. I'd say get a place in VB... Also, go ahead and get VA tags. You'll get hassled less by the cops, plus, you won't have to pay the tax being mil.
