Been to Car Trendz but it has gone downhill ever since the people I know left there. My friend just opened up a shop in Rockville, Maryland, down on 355 just before you hit Shady Grove going north, called Obsession Motorsports. Definately give them a call if you need any parts. (301) 354-0253 and ask for Dan. Dunno the website.

Car Trendz is still a decent shop. Do some nice installs, have top of the line products, but aren't the cheapest.

Another good place is Sound Solutions in Chantilly. I used to go there because they were (like 10 years ago) the only place around I could get Clarion Pro Audio stuff. I haven't been there in a while, but they did a lot of pretty complex custom work, and a lot of high end cars (Ferraris, etc.) and stuff for Redskins players' cars.
