Ill be coming down to norfolk this weekend to visit my friend at the naval station. I should have my evo with me if my tune goes well tommorrow! So was wondering if there is any kool places to check out while down there?

 

because when i get my car back after the build, a few months later ill be moving to colorado. only a handful of e85 stations out there. and closest one to where ill be is about a half hours drive.

and everywhere (cept like california) has 93 octane

btw, lik honda guys were sayin its impossible to get a stock block evo to under 10 seconds.
lol. i showed them ur video. ur build. they go 'oh ok its cuz its in new york, lower altitude. im from the mid west so add like 2 secs to that bc of air density'

it made me laugh. bc air density is 2 seconds worth on a track......

 

Honda guys think because their compression is so low that they'll beat everyone on the track. It's annoying. I'm glad I sold my Honda.

heh. its like my buddy i went to high school with up in williamsburg, he has a cobalt ls, saying how he's going to supercharge or twin charge it, and kick the living **** out of my car, even after my build. lol.

my car was running ****ty boost right after i got it, and he wanted to go from a 20 roll, he didnt quite have a chance. by the time i hit 60 mph he was a good 3-4 cars back. he said he had me up til he had to shift.....lol.

 

no one will mess with my car honestly, its going to have the cage the forward facing turbo so people will just let me be. but i will make a few meets with it when i get back and the weather is nice.

 

there are a couple cars that will... bikes too

 

and if sum1 does they wont have a chance.
thats how im going to end up feeling.
and i cant wait for it either.
the only thing that makes me want to go on deployment is knowing ill get my car built.

Don't forget that there is always someone faster out there... the car could look stock too... just like the two ridiculous porsches I saw last weekend. There are also plenty of fast domestics out there too

The boss isn't letting me out this weekend... next weekend I am pretty sure I am heading out to the other side of the water
